In this video I show you how to get the achivement, "I love you when you rough-house." All you do is go to, Times square, then the race to the roof level. Once on the level, go into the office with the drafting tables and do at least $10000 worth of damage. Then defeat the mini marshmellow critters and leave the room to get your achivement.
